About the Recipe

This can be classed as a cheesecake toast, but we won't claim that as our own. The perfect balance of sweet and savoury, fibre and topped with protein, nutrients and minerals, this might be better (for you) than cheesecake for breakfast.

Ingredients

  • Fresh, crusty bread or french toast

  • Whipped french salted cream cheese

  • A good jam or compote, black cherry or plum is our pick

  • A handful of KEEM Granola

Preparation

Step 1


Cut a thick slice of fresh, crusty bread or sourdough and toast



Step 2


Slather on the whipped cream cheese and top with a spoonful of jam/compote, spread evenly.



Step 3


Sprinkle with KEEM Granola to add a nutritious and crunchy layer, as much as you'd like.
