Oh, the places you'll go...

Right around the corner from our HQ and a beloved local spot, this beautiful and historic city-view trail in Honor Oak Park is a great casual stroll in London, right by the station and near lots of shops and cafes.

Standing almost 100m above sea level, One Tree Hill is one of South London's highest points. This woodland environment is noticeably unique, covered in London Plane trees , 40 other tree species, and home to 50 recorded bird species. There are some other interesting species including the Common Lizard that suns itself here during Summer and early Autumn.

Now that One Tree Hill is a local nature reserve, it has a managed plan to improve its wildlife habitats. ​

Just 2 hours outside of London, this trail follows along the striking white chalk cliffs in Eastbourne. ​​

This stunning hike is great for beginners and families, and only 40 minutes away from North London !
Complete with a Visitors Centre, £1 donation Book Nook, and up to 9 miles of walking trails

Always alive and bustling with activities, joggers, picnic-ing families and walkers, this London natural park is also home to Hill Garden, a massive swimming pond and right around the corner from the Keats House

Located in Croydon , this National Trust Park is home to a crowd-pleasing wooden bear statue along with lots of lovely shaded trails and bluebell valleys in the Spring.

Lovely year round, but especially in the Autumn. Get the train for 1 hour from Waterloo to Godalming, then a short bus ride.
You can get 2 for 1 train tickets with National Rail if you book via their website . Tickets to the park are usually around £12 or free for National Trust members
Stop off in the Godalming town for a pub lunch on your way back!
This fairytale-like town is the perfect daytrip from London, easy to get to, highly walkable and an incredible castle to explore in the Summer.
Though this day-out is beautiful year round, the castle is only open in the Summer!

Just off the banks of Twickenham, this tiny island in the Thames River was formerly the Eel Pie Hotel, a 19th century guesthouse-turned-jazz club, which once fostered the likes of Pink Floyd and The Rolling Stones! Now, it's a self-called hippie commune/artists colony with around 120 residents . Only open twice a year in July and December, this magical land is the definition of a hidden gem - and entry is free!

Complete with a beautiful cabin cafe, playground and shaded woodland walks, this is a richly green walk perfect for dogs and staying in the shade.
There is also a rich wildlife profile, with around 343 fungi, 70 bird, and 7 bat species!
Great for bird watching.
