Ingredients
450g vegan dark chocolate
2 tbsp coconut oil or cacao butter
(optional) 1 tbsp chocolate protein powder
200g Keem Granola
40g shredded coconut
40g chopped pistachios
Preparation
Line a baking tray (roughly 8x8) with baking paper
Mix the chocolate and oil/butter in a bowl, place in the microwave until melted or heat in a bowl over simmering water.
Mix in the protein powder halfway through. Allow to rest for 5 minutes
Add 3/4 of the Keem Granola, coconut and pistachios to the mix, save the rest for toppings. Stir until combined
Add the mixture evenly to the baking tray and sprinkle the remaining ingredients on top.
Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm
When firm, cut into roughly 8 rectangular pieces and enjoy
