About the Recipe

Here's a quick and easy, oven free recipe that feeds your body like a superfood and satisfies your sweet tooth.

Ingredients

  • Dates


  • Nuts - Hazelnut and Almond


  • Raw cacao power


  • Peanut butter or Tahini


  • Coconut oil


  • Agave syrup or honey


  • And KEEM Granola

Preparation

Step1.

Blend dates (40g), nuts (20g), and peanut butter (2 tbsps) together in a food processor or blender until moldable and thick.


Step 2.

Whisk coconut oil (1 tbsp), cacao (20g), agave (1 tbsp) and a pinch of flaky sea salt until smooth. Add to blended dates and nut mix. Mix until fully combined.


Step 3.

Add to a compartmentalised baking tray lined with baking paper in small offcuts in each compartment. Squish into shape.


Step 4.

Top with KEEM Granola for a no-bake, superfood snack bite!


Step 5.

Keep refrigerated and enjoy!
