About the Recipe

Here's a bite-size, super easy and quick recipe using KEEM. Perfect for school lunches or on-the-go snacks

Ingredients

  • 250g of KEEM


  • 125g pistachio nuts - chopped


  • 65g cashew butter


  • 2tbsps of chia seeds


  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract


  • 2 tbsps honey or maple syrup


  • pinch of sea salt

Preparation

1. In a large mixing bowl, stir the KEEM, nuts, chia seeds together


2. In a separate bowl - mix the nut butter, honey/syrup, vanilla and salt until well combined


3. combine both into the large bowl and mix well


4. With clean hands, roll mixture into bite-sized (1 inch) balls and enjoy!
